Tong Sheng is established in 2008 and founded by Master Lee Swee Meng in Malacca. With his vast experience of cooking in Kuala Lumpur, Master Lee Swee Meng decided to start his culinary Journey in Melaka. Master Lee Swee Meng and his son, Chef Lee is running the Restaurant Tong Sheng.

東昇園海鲜家开业于2008年,创办人李瑞明老师傅累积了十多年的烹饪经验,李师傅决定凭着自己一手精湛的厨艺回到马六甲开创事业。如今,東昇園的掌厨人是李师傅的儿子—李天亮大厨。
